How It Works

How Your CEO Counselor Works with You

1.

Getting To Me

If you are intrigued or interested, move to Step 2 and the materials referenced.  Are you intrigued or interested?

2.

Getting to know one another.

Contact Willing to arrange a phone or better yet a Zoom or in-person conversation where we will get to know each other.  Where have you been? Where are you? Where are you going? What barriers have you faced? How did you do?  What are your strengths? Your dreams?  What brings you to seek counsel?

3.

Exploratory engagement

Mutual commitment to 3 to 5 hours together in person or by Zoom or any combination to more deeply explore and clarify:

  • Background-Personal and Work
  • Exploring, defining, and prioritizing the core issues you are concerned with
  • $2,000 fee, which is fully refundable at the end of the exploratory engagement if it does not deliver value in your estimation.
4.

Counselor engagement

Builds on the exploratory engagement.

  • Focus on building a deep, absolutely confidential, long-term counselor-client relationship. It is expected that there will be times when the interaction is more frequent and intense, and other times when it is much less frequent.  The minimum contact would be once a month.  Normally every 1-2 weeks. Lasting from half an hour to several hours.

The engagement is initiated with a retainer of $10,000.

  • Typically, this covers somewhere between 12 to 15 contacts. You will receive a quarterly update as to the consumption of your retainer. In typical counseling relationships, the retainer will last between four and 12 months.

My Guarantee

Can I guarantee that you will easily and comfortably achieve the results you want? No! But suppose you are willing to be scrupulously honest, to let go of some conceptions about yourself and the world that you have held dear all your life, to try on new ways of being and thinking, to step forward with action despite fear, uncertainty, and anxiety, to persevere. In that case, you will have begun the hero’s transformation journey. You are on your way to Eudanoia. You may not end up where you originally planned, but you will end up in a better place than you are now. We guarantee that. If you believe Willing Phillips, the CEO Fulcrum, has not delivered on this guarantee, whatever portion of your fee you would like will be refunded.
